They were helpful in telephone conversations and the entire process went smoothly. Thank you homeland for such a stressfree process.Posted on CherelleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My brother passed away abroad and I called a few repatriation companies and Homeland International was practically the only one that provided an "all inclusive" service. Homeland handled everything from the collecting of the body abroad, right through to bringing my brother to the chosen funeral parlour in London. I noticed the other companies had a lot of "extras" at an additional price and as you know repatriation is not the cheapest! Malcom handled my brothers case and he was superb! He was very courteous and empathetic and was very informative. Where there were any changes, Malcom ensured to keep me updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. Big thanks to Malcom and the team.Posted on PaulTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dear Homeland International, On behalf of the family of Constance Phoebe Echodu and myself, I am writing to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and professionalism you provided during the repatriation of Constance’s remains from London to Kampala, Uganda. Navigating the loss of a close friend is difficult, and the complexity of international logistics and legal requirements felt overwhelming. Your expertise, steady guidance, and attention to detail provided us with immense comfort during this dark time. The family was particularly moved by your regular communication, the dignity with which Constance was handled, and the seamless management of the paperwork. Knowing she was in such capable and respectful hands allowed the family to focus on grieving and preparing for her final farewell. Please extend our thanks to your entire team and the international partners you coordinated with. Your service went far beyond professional obligation; it was a profound act of kindness that the family and the East African community in the UK will never forget.
