The main representatives, (Amy Roffe and Richard Benn) were most helpful and understanding. The only improvement, in our opinion, would be to have an update on the day the body is leaving the UK , as this was an extremely worrying and emotional experience. The coffin provided was excellent and saved us a lot of headache once in Jamaica. Thank you Homeland Repatriation Services and your team. On behalf of all the Knight Family, Mrs Caroline Knight. My dad came to spend the summee holiday with me. unfortunately, he was diagnosed with Cancer and passed on within a very short time frame. It was a very stressful time for me coupled with the fact that i was 1 month post having a baby. I had no idea where to start, was giving the web address of Homeland International, so took a leap of faith with them My experience with them was amazing. They were very Empathetic, professional, well organised, friendly, easily accessible. All my questions were answered , I had no reason to be concerned. There was no delay or lack of communication. They literally took the load off me. I went for the basic casket and it was best decision I made, it was a beautiful casket with a solid wood. I was worried that my dad would be unrecognisable after the embalming, but that was not the case. He looked exactly the same, was well dressed in his owm cloths and was given clean shave . I could go on and on. I am truly grateful for their service, and I will recommend them to anyone in need of a repatriation service.
