Documents Required for Repatriation of Remains to Romania

  • Passport of the deceased person
  • Two Death Certificates
  • Homeland International Authorisation Form (this will be sent to you for completion)
  • Romanian ID Card
  • Letter from the cemetery in Romania accepting the deceased
  • Authorisation letter signed by the family (with scan of their Romanian ID)
