How Body Repatriation from Australia works:
Homeland International provides everything required for the repatriation of your loved one from Australia. Typically, a repatriation usually takes between 7 to 10 days however in certain situations, such as if a coroner or the police are involved, this may extend the time frame slightly.
Once in our care, our team will care for the person who has died, complete the embalming which is required for repatriation and prepare the coffin for international transportation back home.
We can support with a viewing or funeral service in Australia prior to the repatriation, let us know your requirements and we can coordinate whatever you wish for.
